Swing Jaw Guard Plate Design
The heavy-type guard plate on the swing jaw can protect the swing jaw body and the bearing be damaged by material impact.

JC series Jaw Crusher adopts mechanical or hydraulic double wedge block adjustment device, which is simpler, safer,more time saving compared with pad adjusting device.

The motor seat and crusher frame integrated design can not only save the installation space and shorten the V-belt length, but also can prolong the lifetime of V-belt because of the synchronous movement of the frame, motor seat and motor; the adjustable motor seat can realize the adjustment of V-belt tension.
