Long View Equity, an Austin-based investment management company, in partnership with Endeavor Real Estate Group announced the acquisition of an 8.7-acre commercial parcel that fronts Highway 290 W and Ledge Stone Drive in Austin, TX.

The property is in the ETJ of Dripping Springs within the Ledgestone Master Planned Community and is opposite of Belterra Village. The commercial development, called Ledge Stone East, will be a retail and office mixed-used development. It is anticipated there will be about 25,000 square feet of retail and 25,000 square feet of office space upon completion of the project. The project is expected to break gound May 2022 with a Q3 2023 delivery. Currently, the development is 25% pre-leased.

We expect to make this project something the community can be very proud of,” said Daniel Campbell, managing director of Long View Equity.

Erik Hamilton, who has more than 15 years in CRE journalism, is a former staff writer with the Los Angeles Times and the Orange County Business Journal. In addition to The Times and the OCBJ, he was also a reporter and editor for Crittenden Research, The San Bernardino Sun and UPI. Erik also worked six years in CRE public relations with Los Angeles-based Hoyt Organization, where he was a Senior Account Executive. He later joined Lee & Associates where he served as the Director of Corporate Communications. There ,in addition to his work with Lee’s CEO, he managed 57 offices nationwide and provided PR, social media and media training for the offices. A graduate of UC Irvine, with a BA in history, he is an avid record collector where he continues to search for a rare Joy Division single.
